Blackpool Council is seeking a Senior Employment Adviser to lead a team of Employment Advisers across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre. You will work directly with clients facing barriers to employment, providing guidance to help them secure sustainable paid work.
You’ll collaborate with clinical and local agency partners to deliver holistic support and must be able to travel to attend appointments and supervise staff across the area.
