Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual students' learning needs and EHCP outcomes
• Set clear learning objectives and use Autism-specific practices to personalise work for individuals and groups
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student progress
• Organise and maintain a stimulating classroom environment and ensure resources are available to promote learning
• Monitor and assess pupils' progress, keeping accurate records and reporting achievement in line with school policy
