Your role in our family:

Provide guests and visitors with an efficient, personal service, leading by example on the floor
Lead, organise and manage service shifts in line with hotel standards
Demonstrate advanced food & beverage knowledge, guiding the team on menu and wine recommendations
Oversee Micros POS management functions and reporting
Take a lead role in opening and closing procedures, banking and cashiering
Take a positive approach to upselling to help meet and exceed revenue targets
Support and coach colleagues, maintaining high team focus and cooperation
Handle guest feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a brasserie, restaurant or bar supervisory role
Strong food & beverage product knowledge
Confidence using POS systems, including management and reporting functions
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
A guest-focused, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
