Operose Health Wembley Practice is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our team in Wembley. The role involves supporting the registered manager with CQC outcomes, collaborating with the practice team and delivering patient care including chronic disease management.

You will work 37.5 hours per week from 10:30 to 18:30, with duties spanning patient treatment, care evaluation and contributing to a high-standard primary care service.
