Deputy Manager, Residential Youth Care

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Deputy Manager in Birmingham to support young people aged 8–18 in a residential setting, helping with daily routines, meals and activities.

You will lead shifts, supervise home staff, keep essential records, and work to create a warm, homely environment.

A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare are preferred, with at least two years in residential care.
