Resicare Alliance LTD is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of Residential Support Workers in our children’s home in the UK. You will supervise shifts, support staff development and ensure high-quality, child-centred care.
You will lead by example, uphold safeguarding standards and work with the Deputy and Registered Manager to deliver consistent, compassionate outcomes for children with complex needs. Experience in regulated care and a UK driving licence preferred.
