Care Assistant

At Home Instead Beverley & Hull, we believe care should never be rushed. Our visits are always a minimum of one hour, giving you the time to build genuine relationships with clients you will visit consistently , and provide thoughtful, person-centred care.

Salary:£13.15 - £13.65/hour + PAID travel & Wait Time + 35p per mile. With enhanced Pay on Bank Holidays

Shift Times:

• Morning Shift: 08:30 - 14:30
• Afternoon Shift: 14:15 - 16:30
• Evening Shift: 16:30 - 22:30

Shift Requirements:

You must have:

• A driving licence and access to a car
• The right to work in the UK

Job Description

What You’ll Do

As a Care Professional you will support older adults, who you will see regularly, to remain independent in their own homes. Your visits may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Preparing meals or sharing a cup of tea
• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
• Supporting with medication
• Personal care such as dressing, washing when required
