Pay: From £14.57 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch.

The service provides support for young adults with a neurological conditions in a residential home, helping to promote independence and maintain a high standard of both physical and mental wellbeing.

You'll work alongside healthcare professionals to support people with their daily care, comfort and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting people with personal care and everyday needs
• Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a person's condition
• Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Following care plans and keeping accurate records

What you'll need:

• To be aged 18 or over
• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years
• The right to work in the UK

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
