Community Carer - Leatherhead

Location: Leatherhead and surrounding areas
Pay: £14.62 - £17.48 per hour
Bank Holidays: Up to £30.39 per hour
Mileage: 50p per mile
Full UK driving licence and own car essential

A well-established care provider is looking for Community Carers to support individuals in their own homes and within the local community across Leatherhead.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people remain independent, active and connected .

The Role

• Providing person-centred care and support
• Assisting with daily routines and personal care where required
• Supporting appointments, activities and community outings
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with meals and medication where required
• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

About You

• Previous care or support experience desirable
• Caring, patient and reliable
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
