Lead Mental Health Nurse (Bank) – Team Leader

Wye Valley NHS Trust in Hereford seeks a named nurse/team leader to drive multidisciplinary patient care on a ward. The post involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for a defined caseload and taking leadership in the absence of the senior nurse.
