Early Years Practitioner

Monarch Education is working with a range of nurseries and Early Years settings across Rochdale and Manchester and are looking to recruit experienced Early Years Practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children\'s learning and development.

Whether you\'re looking for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements or a route into a permanent role, we can offer flexibility to suit your availability.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from candidates who do not meet the following essential criteria:

• Experience working within a UK Early Years setting
• Confidence supporting children from birth to 5 years old
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

As a Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children\'s learning, development and wellbeing through play-based activities
• Create engaging and nurturing learning environments
• Assist with observations and learning journals
• Support children\'s social, emotional and communication development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Help deliver high-quality Early Years provision in line with EYFS standards

We\'re looking for:

• Experienced Nursery Practitioners
• A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for supporting children during their early years development
