Sirona care & health is seeking a compassionate Community Children’s Nurse to join the Lifetime Service on a part-time basis. You will support children and young people with life-limiting conditions, delivering holistic, family-centred nursing in the setting of the family’s choice.
You’ll work with families, carers and a multi-disciplinary team to provide care that promotes comfort, dignity and quality of life, and you’ll undertake clinical and administrative tasks as directed by caseload
