Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Torfaen is seeking a Support Worker to help people we support live fulfilling lives in the community. You will assist with everyday choices and help set personal goals, from daily routines to managing finances and housing.

You’ll empower individuals through person-centred support, participate in structured activities to build confidence, and assist with practical tasks like paying bills, chores, and staying connected with family and friends. Full training provided.
