Care Outlook is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee extra care services in Arthur Bliss (RH16). You will lead the care team, ensure high-quality support, and develop care plans and staff rotas to meet service users’ needs.
The role requires CQC knowledge and the ability to respond to emergencies with appropriate coverage. Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, a driving licence, and experience in health and social care.
