Community Nurse – Home Health (Band 5, Flexible Hours)

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust (Cambridgeshire) is seeking motivated Community Staff Nurses to support the District Nursing team in Luton, delivering holistic care to housebound patients across the community.
