Resicare Alliance LTD is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of Residential Support Workers in delivering safe, child-centred care within our residential home. You will supervise, mentor and develop staff, ensuring safeguarding and high professional standards.
You'll work alongside the Deputy and Registered Manager, lead supervisions, support recruitment and training, manage care plans, and build positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
