The Ideal Candidate would have Account management experience within Parcel Distribution or similar.

You will be working for a leader in Eccomerce distribution and logisitcs solutions.

The Role

• Managing Mid Tier Accounts
• Recognise new business opportunities amongst existing customers
• Retention of customers
• Present, Face to face meetings & via Teams to your allocated accounts
• New business generation from existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Manage, maintain and improve the Customer's business profitability through commercial rate reviews and cost management
• Work with the Sales team to support onboarding of new mid-tier customers
• Meet deadlines, and achieve targets

Essential Requirements

• Account management experience
• Track record in sales / logistics environment;
• Presentation and negotiation skills;
• Build relationships
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
