Sales Executive | Uncapped OTE

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £18,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (£50,000 realistic OTE ), plus a fair 3-month earnings guarantee while you settle in.
• Hours: 41.5 hours per week on a 5-day rota (Monday–Friday 08:30–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00; 1-hour unpaid daily break; Bank Holidays on rota; Sunday CLOSED).

Role Overview

Seeking an ambitious Vehicle Sales Executive / Car Sales Specialist to join our busy dealership team. You will manage incoming customer inquiries, showcase exciting new hybrid/electric and quality used car ranges, present finance packages, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial greeting to final handover.

Requirements

• Proven track record in motor trade, car sales, or retail sales environment.
• Solid understanding of vehicle finance products (PCP, HP) and add-on products.
• Strong customer relationship management and pipeline follow-up skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for high customer satisfaction.
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence .

Location & Commute

• Base: Poole, Dorset (Free secure on-site parking).
• Road Links: With direct connections to the A35, A31, and A338 (Bournemouth Spur Road) , making for a swift commute across Dorset and Hampshire.
• Public Transport: Accessible via local bus routes running along Ringwood Road and near Parkstone & Poole mainline train stations.
• Commutable From: Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, Wareham, and Ferndown.
