Residential Area Sales Manager: Grow Installers & Merchants

The Baxi Residential One-Off sales team of BDR Thermea Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover WD HP HA UB AL regions in the United Kingdom. You will nurture relationships with installers and merchants, drive growth, and meet targets for Baxi, Heatrae Sadia and Main range solutions.

You will engage with merchants through trade events, booked appointments and calls, build an installer pipeline, and work with Key Account Merchants to maximise market share and margins.
