Dyson Institute is seeking a Senior Coaching and Experience Officer to support student wellbeing, development and success. You will act as a designated point of contact for cohorts, provide proactive guidance, coaching and case coordination, and collaborate with Dyson teams and external services.
The role includes leading specialist portfolio areas such as mental health, disability, international mobility and safeguarding, with a focus on evidence-informed practice and regulatory alignment.
