Senior Charter Assistant for Leading Yacht Brokerage, £40-50k, Battersea

This leading yacht brokerage in Southwest London is looking for a hardworking, team focussed Senior Charter Assistant, who loves being a PA/Team Assistant and wants to continue their journey in administration. The role requires someone with some solid PA experience, who is used to delegating to a junior colleague, working to tight deadlines and under pressure, is happy being contacted out of hours and is self-motivated and hard working.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

• Assisting the Charter Brokers with enquiries and yacht selections Helping with the organisation of charters and deal with last-minute requests from clients Planning and designing itineraries and other design focused documents for charters Creating digital itineraries Drawing up contracts and general administration surrounding charter bookings Constructing email sends and mailers to send to prospects and clients Using CRM to manage contacts, contracts and marketing lists Organising flights, hotels, transfers and restaurants for the charter team and other departments Proofreading documents and marketing materials Working closely with the marketing team to collate destination highlights and guides Keeping track of ongoing and outstanding tasks, deals and charters Pre-empting the brokers’ needs Writing letters Preparing contracts

The role requires someone who is degree educated, able to problem solve and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

£40-50k + discretionary bonus

Beautiful offices – 5 days in
