Midweight / Senior Website Designer

VOVI is a small London studio. We build brands and websites for VC-backed startups, deep-tech companies and universities, mostly in the US. Tight team, high craft, no filler.We need a midweight to senior website designer who's done this before. Bigger sites, real complexity, no hand-holding. Someone we can hand a project to and trust to get it right.

What you'll do

• Own web projects from IA and UX through to final design handoff
• Design and structure larger, multi-page sites, not just landing pages
• Bring proper UX thinking to navigation, flows and content structure
• Work directly with clients and hold your own in the room
• Keep quality high with minimal oversight

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in web design, with real experience on larger, more complex sites
• A portfolio that proves shipped work at this level
• Strong UX fundamentals, not just visual design
• Fluent in Figma
• SEO knowledge is a bonus
• Some Webflow experience is a bonus
• A wins are a bonus
