Pay Details: Grade 11 (£53,051 - £56,293) p.a.
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 37 hours per week
Main Place of Work: Barry, although working across the Vale of Glamorgan

Description:
The Service Development Manager will join the Adults Division leadership team at a time of intense change. We need support to develop our services to reflect the needs of our citizens by working closely with them and listening to their experiences to deliver services that effectively and safely meet their care and support needs. During the past 12 months we have engaged differently with those that use our service, we wish to explore ways to further these innovative methods (where appropriate) and understand how we shape our future service models. This role will provide support to the Adults Services leadership team to implement new projects to transform our service models and practice in response to the pandemic.
