Key Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in contentious probate work is required.
• Ideal candidates have experience in both contentious probate and non-contentious private client work during their training contract or early career.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, including Inheritance Act claims (Claimant and Defendant), challenges to Will validity, and executor/administrator disputes.
• Handle estate administration disputes, Court of Protection disputes, and various types of trust disputes.
• Run own cases while collaborating with colleagues on large matters.
• Work under the supervision of the Head of the Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team, a Legal 500 Leading Individual.
