Senior Payroll Associate

This growing multi-sited Chartered Accountancy firm is continuing to strengthen its national payroll capability, and are now seeking a high-performing Senior Payroll Associate to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a role for someone who brings technical excellence, client confidence and a solutions-driven mindset .

• UK payroll expertise - accuracy, compliance and confident handling of complex payroll scenarios remain central. You'll be trusted to deliver work to an exceptional standard.
• Client engagement - you'll communicate clearly, build trust quickly and represent the firm with professionalism and credibility.
• Paycircle experience - strong, hands-on experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Process improvement mindset - the team is committed to streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency and maintaining their position at the forefront of the market.
• Quality, ownership and integrity - you'll bring a blend of structure, accountability and solution-orientation, ensuring clients receive a service that stands out.
