Hydroponics & Glasshouse Manager: Tomato Quality Lead

The Newt in Somerset is seeking a Glasshouse and Hydroponics Manager to lead the premium tomato crop from planting through to harvest, ensuring peak flavour and quality for our restaurants. You will manage climate, irrigation, fertigation and pest control while driving variety trials and developing heirloom varieties with our team.

You will work with the Head Gardener, chefs and Head of Food to forecast needs, plan production, and deliver harvests to kitchens on the same day.
