Outreach Non-Medical Prescriber — Addiction Recovery Specialist

Change Grow Live is recruiting a Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber to join our Severe Multiple Disadvantaged (SMD) team covering Nottinghamshire. The role is based on an outreach mobile clinical van, working countywide across community locations, 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term until 31 March 2028.
