Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor

Based in Brentford, London, this part‑time, permanent Sales & Customer Service Advisor position offers 20 hours weekly at £13.22 hourly, plus uncapped commission. We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established national storage company for a Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team based at their Brentford offices.

The Role

• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored quotations
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
• Processing deposits and arranging follow‑up contact
• Maintaining accurate customer information on the CRM system
• Delivering excellent customer service and escalating complaints when required

About You

• At least 2 years' experience within a call/contact centre environment
• A natural sales ability and positive, can‑do attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A results‑driven approach and the ability to work well within a small team
• Previous complaint‑handling experience would be advantageous

Hours & Salary

Permanent, Part‑Time: 20 hours per week

Salary: Up to £13.22 per hour + uncapped commission

Location: Brentford, TW7

Working Pattern

• Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
• 6 additional hours during the week
