Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
Are you an experienced Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to step off the tools and into a customer-facing role? We are seeking a Dual Service & Parts Advisor to serve as the vital link between our retail clients and the workshop team.
What You Will Be Doing
Serving as the main link between retail clients and the workshop, using your technical knowledge to explain diagnostic findings and repair scopes clearly.
Sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory for genuine parts to keep active service, repair, and bodyshop jobs moving efficiently.
Providing transparent estimates, fixed-price job invoicing, and customer updates to deliver an exceptional service experience.
Utilizing your hands-on automotive background (ex-technicians strongly encouraged to apply) to uphold strict quality control standards.
Requirements
Background as a Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, or Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and parts cataloguing.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
