Evening Shift Lead (Part-Time) with 6.6 Weeks Holiday

B&Q Inverness is seeking a Shift Lead to manage a part-time 18.75 hour week, with shifts 5pm–11pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends. This is a permanent role with pension and a generous holiday allowance, based in Inverness.

The Shift Lead will oversee the shift, deploy colleagues, be the first point of contact for customers and staff, and ensure a safe shopping environment. A keyholder position with adaptable start and finish times.
