Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our entertainment centre. You will handle reception bookings, respond to enquiries, and spot sales opportunities while assisting with events and daily operations.
The role requires a proactive, friendly attitude and a willingness to work across departments, including hosting activity experiences and serving drinks. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
