The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be selling sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for our flagship conferences.

That means:

• Researching and identifying new business opportunities
• Building your own sales pipeline
• Reaching out to potential clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Running consultative sales calls with senior decision-makers, including C-suite level early on
• Creating tailored sponsorship proposals that align with client goals
• Nurturing relationships and turning one-off deals into long-term partnerships
• Attending our events to meet your clients face-to-face and see your deals in action

This is not just another sales role. It's fast-paced, commercial, and consultative - giving you the chance to have real conversations with industry leaders, influence business decisions, and make a tangible impact.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of sales experience - just the right attitude. We want people who are:

• Confident communicators who can hold their own on the phone and in person
• Driven by results, targets, and the chance to earn uncapped commission
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage their own pipeline
• Commercially curious and comfortable speaking to senior professionals
• Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn
