What's the role?
Responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of Service & Warranty projects, from initial customer enquiry through to completion and handover.
The role acts as a key link between customers, service engineers, project teams, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring that service activities are planned efficiently, communicated effectively and delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial and Project Management teams.
- Support the timely processing of customer enquiries, orders and project information.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation, ensuring information is up to date and readily accessible.
- Create and update key documents, including works orders, invoicing instructions, project trackers and status reports.
- Monitor project schedules and assist with tracking milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments and customers to ensure the smooth flow of information and effective communication.
What we’re looking for:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Numerate and confident working with data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, commercial support or customer service role
- Experience liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
