Onboarding & Induction Experience Coordinator

Currys Academy in Birmingham is seeking a Delegate Experience Specialist to coordinate learning and induction programmes and manage learner communications, attendance and course administration, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey for new colleagues both virtually and on-site.

You will oversee invitations, joining instructions, attendance reporting, budget monitoring and supplier coordination, while maintaining accurate learner records and upholding health and safety standards in the Academy.
