Salary: £27,500

Location: Leeds

Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week, typically between our office opening hours of 09.00 and 18.00. Our preference is for the successful candidate to work 09.45 to 18.00pm, however we can offer some flexibility for the right person

The Role

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our innovative PharmAssist platform and our clients. You'll play a crucial part in supporting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Upload supplier price files to maintain customer price cascades
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
Enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce the value of our products
Identify growth opportunities using preferred Gold Partner suppliers
Generate and nurture leads for additional products or services
Collaborate with the sales team to expand our customer base
Manage pricing queries and maintain accurate CRM information

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in telephone account management and customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Exceptional telephone communication and interpersonal skills
Keen focus on precision and accuracy
Passion for customer success and driving business growth
