HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Case Management (Hybrid)

Nacro in Birmingham is seeking an experienced People Advisor to deliver practical, timely HR advice to managers and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations caseloads.

You will own allocated cases from intake to resolution, ensure fair processes in line with policies and employment law, build manager capability, and maintain accurate, confidential case records to support a positive employee experience.
