Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor for an experienced Wet Works Engineer to work on a long-term social housing contract in Brighton & Hove.
Location: Brighton & Hove
Rate: £225 per day
Contract: Long-term contract
The Role
Radiator replacements within domestic social housing properties
Heating system installation and wet works plumbing
Working across a condensed patch in the Brighton & Hove area
Consistent backlog of work available
Good customer access rates
Monday to Friday
Minimum 3 days per week available, with 5 days preferred
The Package
£225 per day
Weekly pay, one week in arrears
Minimal travel between jobs

Requirements
Minimum 18 months' relevant wet works experience
Proven experience carrying out radiator replacements and heating system installation work
Good plumbing and central heating knowledge
Large panel van with bulkhead, suitable for transporting radiators
Strong customer service and communication skills
High standard of workmanship and commitment to safety
No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out at onboarding stage)
