Duties
Supervise groundworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
Coordinate operatives and monitor quality standards.
Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works.
Ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements.
Complete site records and reports as required.
Liaise with site management and subcontractors.

Experience/Skills Required
Previous Groundworks Supervisory experience.
Valid CSCS Card.
EUSR Level 1 and EUSR Level 2 (Essential).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
