Head Chef: Lead Menu, Team & Quality in 4/5 Day Week

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a passionate Head Chef to deliver hotel/restaurant standards within our care homes in Haywards Heath. You will lead the kitchen and front of house teams, creating nutritious, appetising menus and maintaining high service quality.

We value a warm, welcoming environment, experience with HACCP/COSHH, and awareness of IDDSI diets, with a focus on fresh seasonal produce and resident wellbeing. A City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent is required.
