Your Opportunity to Make a Difference!
Join St Martins Care, a values-led organisation where great care starts with great people. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Registered Nursing Associate to become a vital part of our dedicated night team in Darlington. In this role, your contribution will be recognised, your professional development supported, and your work will genuinely change lives.
At St Martins Care, we do more than just provide care; we build communities where residents feel valued, connected, and supported. As a Nursing Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding person-centred care, enabling residents to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. You will work alongside a highly skilled and compassionate nursing team, guided by our core values of Community, Connection, Commitment, and Compassion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that believes in making every moment matter. If you are committed to excellence and want to make a real difference in a supportive environment with competitive pay and benefits, we encourage you to apply.
As a Registered Nursing Associate, your nights will be focused on providing exceptional clinical and personal care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring the health and wellbeing of our residents, promptly identifying and escalating any concerns, and administering medications. You will be a key support for the Registered Nurse, assisting with care assessments and planning.
This role offers significant growth opportunities, with ongoing professional development and training to expand your competencies. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, championing dignity and respect in every interaction. What makes this role truly interesting is the chance to be part of a collaborative team culture, where your compassion and skills directly contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and thriving community for our residents.
Everyone at St Martins Care shares a passion for providing the best possible care for all the people that choose to live with us. We are people of high integrity and are committed to excellence in all that we do.
Our aim is to ensure our residents enjoy a happy, comfortable and safe environment where their personal needs and independent requirements are taken into account by our compassionate and highly trained staff. Quite simply we aim to make sure our residents feel safe and 'at home' whilst in our care.
