Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a dedicated Gardener to help create welcoming outdoor spaces at our care home. You’ll maintain lawns, borders and trees, look after fencing and equipment, and keep outdoor areas safe and tidy for residents to enjoy.
A patient, empathetic approach is essential, along with a solid grasp of health and safety and COSHH guidelines. You’ll work as part of a friendly team and have the chance to showcase your skills in our annual In Bloom competition.
