Impactful Older Adults CMHN - Community Mental Health Nurse

NHS Scotland is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Adult Team in Caithness. This permanent full-time post is 36 hours per week and involves managing the clinical care of adults with mental ill health, coordinating assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation in partnership with patients, families and carers.

The role includes medication monitoring, liaison with psychiatrists, Primary Care and Social Care, and active participation in the MDT.
