TeacherActive is seeking an LSA SEN Teaching Assistant in South Essex to join a supportive school. The role involves classroom, 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs, including administering medication after training. Permanent, full-time position, 37.5 hours per week during term time plus one additional week.
The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, experience with SEN, and a proactive, collaborative approach to professional development.
