Grill Chef: Lead Kitchen & Perfectly Grilled Steaks

Upham Inns is recruiting a Grill Chef to join our growing team in the UK. The role offers up to £14.00 per hour plus a share of Tronc (potentially up to £5,000 yearly), flexible shifts, and substantial meal and accommodation discounts for you and guests.

You will train and coach junior chefs, grill to perfection, follow food safety practices, and contribute to menu ideas while working in a supportive, friendly pub environment.
