Speedy Group in Reading is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to run our busy Reading depot. You will lead the team, keep the customer at the heart of every decision, and drive continuous improvement. Flexible hours support work/life balance, with a 42-hour week from Mon–Fri and a focus on safety, profitability and service quality.

You should have proven team leadership, strong communication, and an understanding of budgets and P&L. A driving licence is required.
