Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and business-critical litigation
• Acting in court proceedings, drafting pleadings, motions, and affidavits
• Contributing to business development and managing client relationships

Stipend & Compensation

£40,000 – £50,000 per annum (commensurate with experience) with a generous benefits package and hybrid working.
