Paralegal, Board Governance & Regulatory Support

Bertrandt Group is recruiting a Paralegal for our customer, FCE Bank plc, to join the Legal Office in Dunton, Essex. The role covers consumer complaints, litigation and regulatory projects, with close collaboration across the business and a requirement to support the Company Secretary and governance processes.

You will assist with Board packs, minutes and governance logistics, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of documents.
