Our client, a global organisation with a large international legal team, is seeking an experienced Legal Operations professional to lead the rollout of a new legal AI platform across its legal function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global implementation and adoption of a legal AI solution.
Develop project plans, governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting.
Coordinate stakeholders across Legal, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
Drive change management, training, and user engagement initiatives.
Identify practical use cases and embed the technology into legal workflows.
Ensure successful adoption across multiple international teams.
About You
Strong Legal Operations experience within an in-house legal environment.
Proven track record delivering legal technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with change management, training, and user adoption programmes.
Comfortable working autonomously across global teams and jurisdictions.
Experience with legal AI platforms is advantageous but not essential.
