Service Care Legal are recruiting for a Residential Property Fee Earner or Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Chelmsford.
The Role:
Handling/supporting residential property transactions
Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and new-build matters
Client onboarding, ID/AML, searches and Land Registry work
Supporting matters through to exchange and completion
The Person:
Residential property experience at fee earner or paralegal level
Strong understanding of conveyancing processes
Excellent client care and communication skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload
