Job title: Live -In Care Worker - Female- (All locations)
The Live-in Carer is responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and continuous support to an individual within their own home environment. Also, promote the clients physical, emotional, and psychological well-being while enabling them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care : Assist with personal care while promoting the client's independence, dignity, choice, and privacy at all times.
- Daily Living Support : Provide support with meal preparation, nutrition, mobility, and household tasks in accordance with the client's care plan. Be capable and confident in managing household responsibilities.
- Medication Suppor t: Administer or support with medication as required, maintain accurate medication records, and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
- Emotional & Social Suppor t: Offer companionship, emotional support, and encourage the client's participation in social, recreational, and community activities. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Mobility and Transport Assistance : Support the client with safe movement within the home and accompany them to appointments, social activities, shopping, or errands as required.
- Record-Keeping & Reporting : Maintain accurate care records, promptly report any changes in the client's health or wellbeing, and adhere to organisational policies, safeguarding procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Professional Conduc t: Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and respect at all times. Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards, attend all mandatory training, and actively participate in ongoing professional development.
Essential Skills and Qualities
- Good cooking skills, with the ability to prepare nutritious and appetising meals.
- Good spoken English, with strong communication skills.
- Capable and confident in managing household duties and maintaining a safe, clean home environment.
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate with an excellent personality. Able to remain calm, adaptable, and professional, coping effectively with a wide range of situations and challenges.
- Must be a driver and hold a full, valid UK driving licence and use their own vehicle for work-related duties, where required.
